The combs are exactly as described. The combs hold the hair securely and do not slip. I wear a lot of combs so these are of great value to me. The seller offered to let me keep the large cup or to return it for the smaller one. I was actually buying the 16 oz set because I wanted the handle that is no longer being made by Tervis. The seller was very apologetic and helpful and answered my emails promptly. Top notch custom service. Product was like new. Very pleased.
