Not only did they refund a partial shipping cost, they were very honest about the condition of the bears which was actually better than the pictures. There were packaged nicely, they were a great price, they were just as described & last but not least super fast shipping. I would definitely buy from this seller again. It's refreshing when I can spend money and actually get what I expected. That's very rare. 🤗
