Everything you would expect from DJI, I ordered it on the 5th and had it on the 9th in Wisconsin, got it updated and bound to my account with no problems, the seller is amazing they kept me informed with everything I needed to know. And I still can’t believe the packing and shipping only took 4 days total takes longer coming from inside the united states. When my package got here there were no signs of damage seller packed it well. Good price
