They send threatening emails of reprisals if one complains to eBay and demand payment before time frames imposed by EBay. Packaging is skimpy; if some customer item is exposed to moisture is without protection. I find their services adequate though at times delayed.

The seller placed several pieces of stiffening sheets along with the stamps to protect them while in the mail. This stamp is exactly as described. The VICTORY overprint is unique and a real value.
