This CD was in excellent condition as the pictures showed. You could have contacted me with pictures if this was the case. However, the broken jewel case and spindle teeth didn't match the item condition rating, and may have been damaged during USPS handling and shipping because the item was simply shipped in a lightweight paper bubble mailer, which likely didn't fully protect the item.
