I answered NO. Then, the manager lie to me intentionally to avoid giving a refund and sent anyway another flashlight. He definitely lied to me but I don't really know the intention. Maybe was to avoid more confrontation or even there could have been a good intention behind. THe truth is that he sent me a better flashlight than the one I paid and this put me at ease instead of expecting the worst. I hope this issue ends up amicable and I hope that this reverse the bad impression I left before.
