I notified them sent them a sample letter from DJI, in 15 minutes I had the letter and they apologized for the error, awesome customer service had it bound in my name in the following time it took to call DJIDJi Mavic 3 L2A Drone 2 Remotes 3 Batteries Charger Bag Filters Propellers WORKS (N° 376110238929)
