Shipping cost appropriate for such a large number of kits. Exactly as described. Half were still sealed from factory. The ones that were unsealed had never been sealed and the contents looked undisturbed. Described as used, all kits were new in box! Great value! With tax and shipping the kits still came out to less than $23 per kit. What a deal! Great eBay! I recommend seller!
