Creates a return label for the wrong item then tells me she cant send me what i purchased anymore, so I just waisted all this time waiting. It looks completely different from the sales photo. Hermes items are not made using fabric. There is no marking on the zipper. The box is also fake. Please see my correspondence with the seller. I've also sent a photo. Please handle it through eBay. They sent me a fake Hermes product. I asked for a refund from them, but they only gave me a partial refund.
