When I contacted the seller he communicated back and forth with me and eventually sent a replacement package. The original package finally arrived two weeks after ordering and within a few days the replacement arrived which I sent back to him per his instructions. The original package exterior was damaged but it appears the cartridges are OK as I placed one into service and it is working fine. I do not believe it was the sellers fault for the delayToner Cartridge for HP CC530A CC531A CC532A CC533A LaserJet CM2320 CP2025 lot (N° 356207010578)
