Packaging was wrapped/sealed well. Item was as described and looked brand new despite being labelled as 'used' condition. Yuko was also very trustworthy and friendly; communication was of the highest quality and top-notch. Regarding value, due to a misunderstanding, $70 could have been the price this was sold, but Yuko was willing to make it $55 after the initial offer of $50.

Communication was constant and kind to make sure the plush was shipped safely. Also arrived faster than I thought, the package was perfectly wrapped and sealed. This lovely Kuromi is just as described, cute and of great quality.
