I sent the seller photos, and the response was positive and impressively fast. A replacement product was shipped and it arrived intact. The tubes are as described, though I have yet to test them as I need to modify my light fitting. I think the 3 tube pack is excellent value for money, the shipping cost is probably justified due to the need for good packaging and reliable courier. Die erste Leuchte hatte einen Defekt und ich bekam kurzfristig eine neue geliefert. Ein kurzer Anruf und alles erledigt. Die Leuchte hatte ich schon vorher einmal im Baumarkt gekauft. Die hielt gut drei Jahre. Da bin ich gespannt, wie lange die neue halten wird? Zusammen gefasst bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Händler, schnell, guter Service und sehr preiswert.
