Seller contacts post office and it shops up a week later with the inside of thermos shattered and a dent in the side. Don’t blame the seller this was all of the postal service. I will still enjoy the amazing thermos and the seller was wonderful communicating with me. Would buy from this shop again . Excellent customer service.
