    The seller did send the correct part but was not packaged very well and in got damaged in transit. He offered no refund only replacement. I felt like he was selling un tested and poorly packaged products and i didn't want to wait another week to be disappointed. I offered to buy the broken board at a discounted price but he was not interested in that. I decided to keep it for parts at the full price. Buyer beware. This seller is selling untested and poorly packaged goods. Do better.

    Mr, I don't think that's accurate or fair thing to say. Especially when I have repeatedly asked if you would like a replacement free of charge to you including shipping and you insisted on keeping the damage ( not on our side ) main board in an attempt to use it as parts to fix another and then to ask me for partial refund of nearly half the price. As far as I'm concerned you had other agendas that wrnt holy to say the least. I really did try to fix the issue but it seemed elusive and deceptive.

    Absolutely the worst seller on here. A complete scammer. I ordered an ice maker Da97-13718c and they sent me a completely different one. Than told me they sent the right one. Completely different item number and about two inches bigger than the part I need. They did not send the one in the description and refusing to make good on it. Do not dare order a thing from this seller unless you wanna be scammed.

    Sir, It's one thing to return an item ( BTW not the one I sent but with eBay's buyer protection some know no better ) but to bad mouth me to proof to me that I'm wrong is taking things a little too far.

    Shipping was not on time a shipping label was created the following Monday after purchasing but did not make it to USPS before the next week I sent a message to the seller no response it made it to post office and finally received it on the third Monday after purchasing. Item was as described and fit. For the cost of shipping it should have not taken 3 Monday to receive.
