I contacted Goodwill of the Heartland after 11 days and a full refund was issued within hours. Item arrived that day. I asked for refund to be canceled. The description said “It has very minimal damage to the cover, including scuff marks, or creasing but no holes or tears. The binding has minimal wear.” but came with open tears and holes along the binding. It is possible this happened in shipping because it came on a poly mailer and the book is heavy.
