I blamed the post office, but then I realized that the tin sign was described as new (lie) and the damage that arrived was already there BEFORE shipping. I re-examined the pictures I was able to match up the damage in the listing. It was very difficult to tell because the item had plastic around it and I could not tell if it was shadow, lighting or damage. Most of the tin signs they have look to have damage. Shame on the seller. Did get a full refund, that was a plus.
