Because even in the title it was written that the product did not have a collar. It was clearly stated that the part was missing. There was no rude behavior in the communication. It was approached completely in good faith. And the product was taken back and a full refund was made. Despite this, the buyer's use of such unpleasant expressions is at his own discretion. As a store, our sales for years and the comments we receive are obvious.
