One of the pegs for holding a shelf was luckily found in the packaging paper, and I can't seem to get it back in the hole -- Going to have to do some creative thinking to get it back in. I see it in the photos, but it doesn't look like it's in as far as the other pegs. Don't know how it happened to be loose, but otherwise the item is great!

The whole package was then wrapped with plastic wrap. After opening it I found damage to the item. I contacted the seller and the only option was to return it which would have cost me minimum $50. When I suggested some sort of credit I was told “the damage is invisible when it’s mounted for its intended purpose”
