The glass in the print’s frame was broken and the print was scratched. The print was not shipped boxed and did not have adequate packing materials … a true shame because the print was lovely. The seller was very good with which to work in returning the damaged print to her and sending a full refund. She updated me frequently on the progress of her claim with USPS and when I may anticipate my refund.
