      The quality and value of the watch and appearance was in exact condition that it was described. It was shipped fast and I received the item with it four business days. After opening and seeing the watch it was the wrong size that I preferred and I contacted the seller and with no questions asked he said send it back and he gave me a refund with no problem at all. He was so professional and I know why he is top rated now for a great customer service in quality.

      The item is more gorgeous in person than pictured. The seller shipped the package to the Authenticator right away, and it arrived to me quickly.       Unfortunately the package disappeared in transit. That is certainly not the seller's fault. Package was dispatched promptly on seller's end. Communication was excellent throughout. Price paid (and promptly refunded after the package could not be located) was very fair. Item looked wonderful. SELLER WAS WONDERFUL AND I WOULD ORDER FROM THEM WITH NO HESITATION.
