Item arrived in a damaged box not really protected from the elements, in need of cleaning and missing one of the poursin studs (probably slipped out of the box during delivery). Reached out to the seller who is very communicative in order to start the return process. I’m so glad I hung on to this bag. I had it professionally cleaned and the missing stud replaced. The kindness of the the seller is what changed my mind and now I have a gem!
