Item arrived as described, price had value. Shipping via FedEx was not the seller’s fault….but it took a ridiculously long time to ship this item…tracking from FedEx would go MIA for 24hrs+, pkg only moved one state at a time…. Item sounds great, fully functional.

They worked with me on the timing of the shipment so it would arrive when I was in town, and then they packaged these speakers better than I have ever seen. It was all frankenpackaging but it was perfect and protected them completely. Great price and value for speakers I'd been looking for for a while. Exactly as described. A fantastic transaction all the way through.

The shipping box was not as strong as I would have liked and cushioning was adequate. The condition of the receiver not exactly as described but did function well overall. I contacted the seller about a couple of issues with the receiver and he offered a credit refund that I though reasonable.
