Upon further inspection, D-pad and other buttons needed a full cleaning, not a big deal for some, just a slight inconvenience. If you are not comfortable taking apart a controller, this may not be the best purchase for you. This is likely not the sellers fault but the prior owners. Would have liked to see a disclaimer that the controller may need a thorough cleaning.

The only other issue I might have (not really) is their lack of communication when I asked about why the tracking page was sending me errors but I’m pretty sure that wasn’t their problem so idk if they would even have an answer for me. Overall great experience I’d recommend!!

The appearance and quality was excellent. It was shipped and delivered in a timely manner, and the packaging was very good. The appearance was great, and price was reasonable, too.
