I had to prompt seller when I saw they rec`d return but no communication. Seller said they would send a replacement. After 5 days and no tracking # I contacted them again. Working drive finally arrived one month after original order. Very poor communication. I only gave a positive response because the second drive works.1TB HDD/SSD 2.5" SATA Internal Desktop Hard Drive UEFI Windows 11 Pro 64bit Used (N° 355422233845)

- i***r (913)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Mese scorsoAcquisto verificatoSeller was thoughtful enough to include DisplayPort to VGA adapters and USB WiFi adapters for these systems (Optiplex 7070 MFF), but sent power supplies with 7.4mm tips instead of 4.5mm that are required for these systems. I asked them to send the correct power supplies, but they sent two more DP to VGA adapters. Luckily I didn't wait and ordered some tip adapters from Amazon. Fast USPS shipping. Quality, condiditon, value and appearlance all good. Systems run great. Poor communication.
