But, I was disappointed that this Kuromi plush looked different than the photo. She didn't have the bows or her skull symbol. I contacted the seller and explained the issue. The seller was understanding and apologetic. I asked for a refund. The seller agreed and gave me a shipping label to return the plush. I mailed it back.
