I did try and request a change of address to the US address and he wouldn't agree, so I was asked to pay around $146 worth of customs. I requested to not include a receipt in the package, but for some reason eBay's label included a higher value than what I paid triggering the higher customs. The product received is fine and as in promised condition, which is why I am not at all giving the seller a bad rating. It's just a notification. The item I purchased was a pack of four 4 inch Govee can lights. The item was as described, shipping fast, great price & product has been installed and works great! Please watch out for bad sellers out there, but this is a good one, that can be trusted!
