I took them to the alteration/drycleaners and they are replacing the zipper which costs $25. Soooooooo...all in all I paid about the same for the new zipper as I originally paid for the jeans. Otherwise, shipping was spot-on and it arrived nicely packaged. Big shout-out to the seller for making what otherwise would have been a horrible experience into something great 😃

My product arrived on time, personably packaged, & good quality. I had hoped the random pack I ordered(meaning mystery pack)would have a couple items showing in ad which they did not. Even though random means just that… I thought I would reach out to seller anyway. There response was a breath of fresh air!! I swiftly received exactly what I hoped for… and then some.
