The first one was not packed well resulting in a damaged subwoofer. The second one was packed adequately but was faulty. I was nervous going into this purchase obviously. The box arrived fast and packaging was exceptional. The sub was clean and functioned as advertised. This seller is top notch. They know what they are doing. Thank you!
