He only sells pack fresh near mint condition cards on his events. And every card I've received are as described and shown in event. Toycabal has the best packaging and are extremely fast to ship out. They shipped 7 cards in toploaders inside a bubble bag and placed inside a 3×5×9 box with enough paper dunnage the bag didn't move around. Even with free shipping my package arrived within 4 days from Florida to KC KS.
