At first, I couldn’t find something and when I messaged the seller, he immediately apologize and offered me a discount. However, I did find the item eventually, but the fact that he was so professional and awesome I really wanna make sure that people know he’s a great guy to deal with. Quick shipping as well! The outer box was WAAAY too large for shipping, it was not packed well at all and the inner thermometer box was able to rattle around. The thermometer itself was a good deal. I would purchase from this seller again.

I agreed to a partial refund as I could still use the item.
