Prior to this, I went through the remediation process with Oura where they requested original buyer information to replace the defective ring which the seller could not provide. It is challenging to show a visual of a defective ring battery as this results in a fully charged ring not lasting through the night or day. Oura also noted that the ring battery is defective.
