Very kind, super quick to communicate, items arrived in a timely fashion and were as described. It is nice to see a seller that takes the extra time to package something properly, instead of just putting a book in a bubble mailer. This Seller wraps the book first in heavy paper and then puts it in the appropriate sized mailer. It is a good thing that this was done as there was a slice in the mailer but not all the way through the first layer of heavy paper. Thank you for protecting this investment. A+++++ Seller
