I know some of their customers complain of dirty items etc. but I've had worse in used items of eBay / CEX. Dirt soon wipes off, working mechanics is more important. Lucky to get spares, as HP won't sell them you. I did have to do a repair to hinge area where previous owners had tried to super glue the brass nut in, I find JB Weld Steel Epoxy works best for that. Items well packed and fast delivery, would use again!
