What arrived was the front of an envelope torn off, and no tools; wrapped in a bag from the postal service. I reached out to the seller, and they said they would make it right, then never heard anything else. I had to reach out to eBay to get a refund. I believe better packaging would prevent this type of situation in the first place. Also, please follow-up if you say you're going to.
