I am always a bit nervous, when ordering online, so I usually ask a lot of questions. But the seller answered everything, in a short time. The delivery time wasn't long. The whole thing was well packaged, the charger and the console is each packaged again. Both the charger and the console were in mint condition. The description was accurate. For the price, and the thing I got, it was definely worth it.

In my situation, the unit I received was a different color, same model (but without a stylus). I contacted the seller and they offered different solutions, including to send the proper unit free of charge. I had already went on to buy a new stylus so I passed on their offering but I did not expect this level of customer service and for that I am pleased.
