The seller did everything they could to help and lost money. They refunded me promptly. As for DPD, I give them nil points.

The laptop I ordered was no longer available, so Andy offered me a three-way choice for a similar standard (or better). Very happy with the replacement (Dell Latitude), which was exactly as described, well-packaged, and promptly delivered. I can heartily recommend this seller!

The seller did offer to change the cover with us sending the defective item back first. Not really an ideal solution as we needed this quite quickly. Item was packaged well so this was defective before being packed and shipped. PC functioned as described so still worth a positive feedback as we can see they are fairly new to the scene.

I had a small issue with one PC that was almost certainly my fault but I received swift and excellent advice that sorted the problem. From my point of view, it's the customer service that makes the difference. Highly recommended.
