Seller agreed to my offer to make this purchase a good value. The international shipping took longer than eBay’s estimate with delivery four weeks later than the back end of the estimated window. Seller did everything right in shipping, but the delay was beyond his control. Someone bought the pen I was watching, but Goran managed to find an even better one of the same type and listed it. He replied to my messages very quickly, often within ten minutes. I ordered two things, and postage of one was refunded that day. The pens came in 11 days, weeks ahead of schedule packed tightly in bubble wrap and some hard plastic. Everything was as described.
