Reached out to Seller via messenger and got immediate reply. While the unit was no longer available in stock, the damage was something that could be repaired. At least I hope so. There was an offer for a full refund but I need it so I chose the partial refund and will attempt to fix it. Hope I made the right decision. I would recommend this seller for their great customer service!!

Unfortunately the item we received was broken, but they were up front about the possibility of the condition being unknown when we made the purchase and stated they had an easy return policy. They were very responsive any time I reached out and they were right, the return was super easy. I would recommend doing business with them. The price was great. If it had been a functional item, it would have been an awesome deal.
