The item arrived in great condition, just as new. Can’t say I fully agree with the price it went for, but that’s how Botcon toys work unfortunately. I’m glad to have it and that’s all I care about.

(It happens, sometimes, even when a seller packages an item carefully!) I reached out to the seller with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. Seller was courteous and responded immediately with options for a solution (even though they were on vacation!), and we were able to quickly resolve the issue.
