      Circumstance, beyond the sellers control, the product was packed improperly and was damaged in transit, but the seller then offered me a full refund, which I got promptly, and although I didn’t get the propeller that I had hoped, the situation was made whole by a seller with good integrity, this is how eBay should work thank you for the great job in the end.

      Bought this item for my dad on the 9th of September, it is now the 25th and he hasn’t received it. Made a claim that the item wasn’t received and the seller still hasn’t contacted us. Tried contacting the seller but i get logged off each time i try, of this item was already sold i would have appreciated getting my money back and at least some form of communication.
