Had a bit of an odd situation where the board I was sent was working well and got set up with no issues before suddenly deciding it was locked to a previous owner's account. Reached out to the seller who promptly sent a replacement as well as a return label for the first board that locked up out of the blue. Seller communicated quickly and jumped right to providing a solution instead of finding a way to make it not their problem.
