It all leads to great service. Communication is excellent; variety, price & quality also. I highly recommend this seller.

The Blu-ray was in better condition than described. My only complaint is that it took 3 weeks to arrive, but was entirely on USPS as the media mail tracking number showed the package had been accepted by their post office in a timely manner.
