This also happened at the same time with another item from a different seller. The other seller offered to replace then but this seller pretty much said too bad. It was perfect despite rough treatment at post office. It’s so beautiful, and I love it so much. Makes me very happy and it arrived quickly as well. I will check your site to view if you have any more Christmas items in the future. Purchasing from you was a wonderful experience!
