The items were packaged methodically in bubble wrap, and with fragile taped all around the boxes, but still 2 pieces arrived broken. These are not cheap so we were devastated. When we contacted the seller with photos of the damage she didn't hesitate to compensate us even though I blame the carrier. This has been such a refreshing experienced because of a brilliant and trusted seller which we will always buy from. Thankyou so much.
