The seller shipped it promptly so they did nothing wrong. After reachng out to the seller they responded immediately. We agreed to be a little more patient, and when that agreed upon time came and passed they immediately issued a full refund. This seller turned a potential unhappy transaction into a good one all because of their excellent communication skills &understanding. Thank you.

Item got botched and lost by the USPS, but the seller was great with communication and even reached out to verify that USPS has no idea where the item is. A refund was promptly issued and I very much appreciate the customer service!
