    I think you can only tell how good a seller is when you have an issue and you see how they rectify things. In this case it was 100% spot on. I was accidentally sent the wrong product and the seller couldn’t have been more helpful. Responded very quickly and made sure the return process was as easy as possible for me. Top seller…and would highly recommend for service and value. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

    Received item which had slight damage to one corner (probably done in transit). I messaged the seller who responded very quickly offering a discount or replacement. I opted for replacement as it was for a birthday present. He sent a qr code for return. Another item was sent out which I received a few days later in perfect condition. The seller was very helpful and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this seller

    Nice seller but purchase fraught with issues. Poor quality screwdrivers despite replacement. Even expert tradesman struggled to put it together. Also long silver screwdriver bits didn’t fit into the handle properly & the few that fit don’t stay firmly inside, were moving about or coming out of the handle, which is unsafe. See attached photos. I agreed to post items back. Seller offered a 50% refund but I declined, then seller only sent postal QR code so had to request printable postage label.
