It is a multipurpose lens that works equally well for travel, landscape, family, and nature or wildlife photography. Equipped with cool features like a super multi-layer coating to reduce flare and ghosting, and a hypersonic motor to ensure quick and quiet autofocusing, you are guaranteed high image quality with these lenses. The lenses also have a rounded seven-blade diaphragm for blurring areas out of focus. The Sigma DC 18-250mm f/3.5-6.3 HSM DC OS lens also has auto zoom with an extended 13.9 range and a longer focal length of 18 to 250 millimeters. The lens aperture is F3.5-6.3, and the mini aperture is 22. The maximum magnification possible with the Sigma DC is 0.29x. The filter thread is 72 millimeters, which is ideal for filter users.
