Back and forth communication was excellent. They forwarded a pre-paid return label for the unit I had in hand. Very Professional. Yes. The starter was $400 less than the OEM and appears to be the same quality. This is the only place I could find the starter other than from Kubota. Excellent communication and support.

Luckily the seller was excellent and promptly offered a return and refund. Good ebayer
