I contacted the seller and they were very quick and easy to deal with and help with my issue and providing me multiple options to fix my problem with the device. The item was well packaged and in great condition other than the damage from FedEx. I would definitely buy from this merchant again, item was a great value and high quality, and customer support was top notch.
