It was FASTER this way!! TRUST ME!! I had an Alternator that was Damaged by UPS last Spring from another Seller,that was a "BEAR" to get RMA'd ,cause the seller kept wanting a TON of info,and Miscommunication between US on Language Structure was causing me a HEADACHE !! I FINALLY fingered out he wanted, the "FULL" VEHICLE INFO inputted into Ebay's Garage! This went GREAT

However, upon contacting Pelham Equipment, there was an immediate response to the issue. They communicated with the Mfr. and shipped an exchange unit the next day. Back and forth communication was excellent. They forwarded a pre-paid return label for the unit I had in hand. Very Professional. Yes. The starter was $400 less than the OEM and appears to be the same quality. This is the only place I could find the starter other than from Kubota. Excellent communication and support.
